Special Mission Offering dates are: Neighbors in Need on World Communion Sunday, The Christmas Fund is the Fourth Sunday of Advent, One Great Hour of Sharing is the Fourth Sunday in Lent, and Strengthen the Church is on Pentecost Sunday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:47px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-extra-large-font-size\"><strong>EMMAUS HOMES<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Emmaus provides homes and programming for individuals with developmental disabilities, based on their unique needs and goals. As part of their residential services, Emmaus serves nearly 40 homes throughout the community and at two campuses. The Senior and Adult Services program provides opportunities for residents to learn, make friends and become involved in their community through a variety of social, educational and recreational activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:47px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-extra-large-font-size\"><strong>ECH Every Child\u2019s Hope<br>&nbsp;(Formerly Evangelical Children\u2019s Home)<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">ECH is dedicated to providing children with solid and substantial growth experiences which will prepare them for effective personal, family, community and career interactions. They provide caring, professional services that empower, educate and nurture children, youth and families to become productive, healthy members of&nbsp;the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:47px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-extra-large-font-size\"><strong>THE WEEKEND BACKPACK PROGRAM<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Our Weekend Backpack team is made up of members of our congregation as well as friends of Emmanuel who volunteer to pack food for needy children in a neighborhood elementary school. These children have been identified by their school and Operation Food Search as eligible for assistance for weekend meals.<br><br>Nutritious and easy to prepare meals have been supplied by funds raised by the Emmanuel Mission Outreach team and purchased through Operation Food Search. Additional funds and food items are donated by members of the congregation. Currently we are serving 25 children a week&nbsp;and delivered to the elementary school.<br><br>We are grateful to all of them for their faithful service to God and His Community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:47px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-extra-large-font-size\"><strong>F.I.S.H.
